Making staff super payments is a manual and time consuming process, made more complex with the introduction of Super Choice.
St.George has solved the problem with QuickSuper - an easy-to-use, online super payment system. With QuickSuper, you make one payment instead of sending individual payments to each fund for each of your staff.
QuickSuper is secure and simple. By registering, you'll save time every payment cycle - no matter how many super funds you need to deal with.
How QuickSuper works
  • Step 1. Register online. Enter each staff member's super contribution details online.
  • Step 2. Make one payment per cycle. It's that easy - one payment credits all your staff member's super funds. QuickSuper automatically allocates the required funds to each staff member's registered super fund.
  • Step 3. QuickSuper reports back to you. A remittance advice is produced online, showing all the details of the contributions made, along with a summary report listing all reconciled payments. These reports can be downloaded and provide a detailed audit trail if you need it.
  • Step 4. Handling returned payments. Any payments that cannot be allocated to a staff member's super fund are returned to your nominated account and details on any returned contributions are provided to you.
